Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- condensed milk 1 (14oz) can
- Key lime juice - 1/3 C
- Premade baked 9" graham cracker
- pie crust
- sugar - 2TBL
- Lime, fresh, 1

Preparation
Step 1
Beat yolks of 4 eggs & white of 1 egg until thick.
Add condensed milk & beat again.
Add lime juice & beat until thick.
In separate bowl, beat 3 egg whties (do not over beat or use food
processor) - use mixer. until dry, & fold in lime-milk-egg mixture.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Separate 2 eggs.
Beat whites w/ sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread evenly on top of pie.
Bake 350 oven for 10-15 min, or until meringue is brown.
Garnish w/ thinly sliced limes
