Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 17 oz fruit cocktail, undrained
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 can eagle brand condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
Blend eggs, sugar till fluffy. Add flour, fruit cocktail, soda, salt, and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Add on top 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup coconut. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Take out of oven and pour glaze over top while cake is hot.
