Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chipolte chile powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

- Honey Glaze
- -
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha chili paste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together then coat chicken breast. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill over hot coals and baste with honey glaze (recipe follows).
Grill chicken covered 4 minutes/side. Baste with sauce once or twice during cooking. Serve with reserved sauce, garnished with sliced green onion tops.
For the honey glaze, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside ¼ cup of the glaze for drizzling over the cooked chicken. (The glaze may be made up to 3 days ahead)
