Pink Valentine's Day Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp milk or water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and spread in a 9x13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. The mix will be thick, not like a cake mix and you will need to spread it thin-it does rise when baked.

Bake 350* for 14-18 minutes. To test if they are done, insert a toothpick in the center and it should come out clean.

For glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk or water and pour it over the brownies while they are warm.
