Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked shells or Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Hellmans Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 2 TB Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 TB Sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 2 Boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil and drain pasta- set aside to cool to room temperature.

Mix together in a bowl all of the ingredients except for the bell pepper, onion, and cheese.

Mix the sauce with the pasta.

Add in the chopped bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese.

Refrigerate and enjoy!
