Brussel Sprouts with balsamic and cranberries

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs brussel sprouts (ends cut off and halved)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

Roast brussel sprouts at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
Simmer balsamic vinegar and sugar and pour over brussel sprouts and cranberries
