Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 T granulated sugar
- dash of salt
- 6 T cold butter cut up
- 2 t grated fresh lemon peel
- yolk of 1 large egg

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor fitted with steel blade:
Mix flour,sugar and salt. Add butter, process with run on-off turns until mixture resembles fine crumbs With machine running, add peel and yolk. Stop the machine as soon as a ball of dough forms around the blade.
Can be saved in the fridge for 2 weeks or up to 6 months in the freezer
