Rich Roll Cookie Dough

Ingredients

• Optional:
• 1 C butter
• 3/4 C sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 1/2 C sifted flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t grated lemon rind
• 1 T cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine and add dry ingredients. Chill 3-4hrs.
Preheat oven to 350*
Roll and cut cookies, using as little extra flour as possible. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8-10min
