Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 4 chicken breasts in bottom of large glass casserole.
2. Spoon on and generously spread pre-made pesto on chicken.
3. Top with sliced tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake uncovered at 400* for about 40 minutes.
