Ingredients
- large handful of parsley
- 2-3 scallions cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cans rinsed, drained, garbanzo beans
- 4 T tahini
- 6 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t cumin
- 1/4 t garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add salt and cumin last. Can add cayenne for spicier taste.
