- 1 1/2 CUP RED WINE
- 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP SALAD OIL
- 4 TBSP WATER
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
- 2 TSP GINGER (POWDERED)
- 1/2 TSP. OREGANO
- 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 4 CHICKEN BREASTS

Step 1
ARRANGE CHICKEN BREASTS IN CASSEROLE PAN. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED. COMBINE ALL MARINATE INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CHICKEN. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
