Heavenly Fruit Dip

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely. Told in whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruit.
