- 8 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato oil
- Black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli, garlic, and 1 tsp. salt in water in a large sauté pan over medium heat, covered, until water evaporates, 6–8 minutes.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and tomato oil. Season broccoli with salt and black pepper.
