Ingredients

2/3 cup wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 large cloves garlic, mashed
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tea. salt
1/2 tea. pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup other vegetable oil such as canola, corn or saffola

Step 1

Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Whisk in the oils, then pour the mixture into your storage bottle.
