Ingredients

6 T unsweetened cocoa
6 T flour
1 1/2 c sugar
3 lg eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1 unbaked 9 in pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Sift together cocoa, flour, and sugar - removing lumps. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Blend in butter. Pour into pie crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Inside of pie will be creamy with a crusty top. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
