Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated fat free milk
- 1/2 cup dry sherry or chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper-1 medium
- 2 jars (6 oz) wholr mushrooms, drained
- 2 jars (2 oz each) diced pimentos

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, sherry and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 60-70 minutes or until noodles are tender and mixture is hot and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
