Ingredients
- 4 cups tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained
- 1 1⁄4 cups onions, chopped
- 3/4 cups green peppers
- 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 ⁄6 cup sugar
- 1 ⁄6 cup vinegar
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and bring to a slow boil for 10 minute.
Seal in jars and cook in hot water bath for 10 minute.
Note: This is a mild, chunky salsa, if you want a smoother salsa cut your veggies into smaller pieces.
Yields Eight 1/2 pint jars.
