Ingredients
- 1 C sugar
- 1/4 C oil
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas, cut into slices
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream/mix sugar and oil with hand mixer.
Add egg and beat well.
Add bananas a little at a time until thoroughly mashed and well mixed with mixer.
Mix in dry ingredients until well blended, bud do not over beat.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a greased loaf pan
