Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 egg yolks
- Juice of 2 lemons and grated rind of one
- 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar with cornstarch, add boiling water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add egg yolks 2 minutes before taking off stove. Add lemon, rind and butter.
3. Cool, pour into baked pie shell.
4. Chill
