Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Rounds

Picture shows rounds made with added bread crumbs, can be done either way. Wheat free for me.

Ingredients
- 1-2 sliced zuccini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c parmesan cheese grated

Preparation
Step 1
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Peel and slice zucchini.
- Mix garlic powder, black pepper and olive oil in small bowl.
- Put parmesan cheese in separate small bowl.
-Coat zucchini slices, one at a time, with olive oil mixture.
- Then press both sides of zucchini in parmesan cheese to form coating.
-Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and slightly golden brown.
