Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 3 green onions, chopped (incl. green parts)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
Soak the chicken breasts in water to cover with the tablespoon of salt. Drain and rinse under cold running water and place in a glass dish or bowl.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill over hot coals for approx. 20 minutes, turning a basting with the marinade occasionally. Discard any leftover marinade.
