Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 serrano peppers, stems,seeds and membranes removed, finely chopped
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (3 oz) packet pectin

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingr3dients to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir gently and continuously as the strawberries break down and begin to thicken. Continue to cook for 20 minutes.
Once done, remove from the heat and allow the jam to rest for an additional 5 minutes before adding it to jars.
Fill sterilized jars, seal with lids and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
