Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) BUSH'S® Cocina Latina® Pintos a la Diabla
- 1 can (15.5 oz) BUSH'S® White Hominy
- 1 medium jalapeños, sliced into rings (TIP: For less heat, remove seeds.)
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 3 medium (6 oz) chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in 5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until internal temperature of chicken is at least 165° F. (TIP: May cook on high for 4-5 hours.)
Remove chicken, shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
Sprinkle cilantro on top and serve.
