Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg 6 ounces Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans 6 ounce each crab meat well drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lemon cut into 6 wedges

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add boiling water to stuffing mix; sir just until moistened. Let stand 5 minutes
2. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add crabmeat; mix lightly. Stir in stuffing and shape into 6 patties.
3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
4. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
