Ingredients
- 1/2 c. coarse grained mustard
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh dill, or to taste

Step 1
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and season with pepper. Serve with broiled salmon. Sauce can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated. Bring to room temperature and whisk before serving.
