Ingredients
- 10 oz (280g) fresh spinach, thoroughly rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in a large sauté pan or skillet. Sauté garlic until aromatic, then add spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice, and stir to combine well.
2. Continue sauté until the spinach starts to wilt and garlic has released its smell. Season with salt and pepper.
3. As soon as the spinach leaves start to wilt, turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Note: To clean spinach, soak spinach in a large bowl of cold water and let sit for a minute. Transfer to a colander to drain and empty the water from the bowl and repeat until there’s no more grit
