Taco Soup

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
• 1 small onion - diced
• 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
• 1 package of taco seasoning mix
• 1 can of rotel tomatoes - mild
• 2 cans of diced tomatoes
• 1 can of black beans
• 1 can of pinto beans
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 can golden Hominey or a can of corn
• 1 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

In a crockpot, mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours.

On the stove, mix all ingredients together in a big pot, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
