Ingredients
- 1 hard boiled egg yolk (the makes the dressing extra creamy)
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tea. minced garlic
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tea. chopped fresh tarragon,m basil or parsley

Step 1
In a blender puree egg yolk, mustard, water, garlic, salt and pepper. With blender running, slowly add olive oil until emulsified. Pour into a bowl; stir in chopped herbs
