Ingredients
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 2 sticks plus 2 TBLS butter, room temperature
- 3 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C light brown sugar
- 2 C whole milk yogurt
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 C cocoa powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 2 C plus 2 TBLS flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars together.
Sift together dry ingredients, then slowly add to the wet ingredients.
When completely blended add the 2 cups of yogurt, mix well.
pour into prepared cupcake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, rotate the pan ad bake for another 8 -10 minutes.
Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted comes out with 1 or 2 crumbs on it.
