RHUBARB STRAWBERRY CRUNCH

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cup rhubard
  • 1 cup strawberry sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients, then cut in butter till crumbly. Press half mixture into pan combine rhubarb and strawberries and spoon over crust.

In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch, water and vanilla. Bring to boil till thickened. Pour over fruit. Sprinkle remaining crumbs.

Bake 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with whip cream.
