Banana Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 2 C flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1/2 c melted butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c milk
• Crumb
• 2 c flour
• 2 c brown sugar
• 1 c cubed cold butter
• Glaze
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 to 2 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

MIX
Combine first three ingredients

mash bananas

add butter and sugar

add eggs vanilla and milk

Crumb
add ingredients together

In a 9x13 pan 1/2 mix
1/2 crumb
1/2 mix
1/2 crumb

bake 350 50to60 min.
