Ingredients
- 16 chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers if desired
- olive oil
- For Sauce Mix
- 1 small jar orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup rum

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Next take the eggs and dredge the tenders thru it.
Next add the tenders to the breading and coat thoroughly.
Fry in hot pan with olive oil.
