Peanut Butter and Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats

Ingredients

• 3 TBSP butter
• 4 cup mini marshmallows or approx 40 regular sized
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 6 cup Rice Krispies cereal (or store brand equilavent)
• 1 cup chocolate chips,divided

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat. Stir in peanut butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Add cereal 1 cup at a time until well coated. Evenly press cereal mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Let cool slightly.
Melt remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips and drizzle over cereal bars.
Cool completely before serving.

Makes: apprx 18 bars, depending how they are cut
