Pecan Pralines

Ingredients

• Boil together in a large pan until it will form a soft ball in cold water. Remove from fire and add:
• 2 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 Tb. butter
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. pecans

Beat until creamy and pour in drops onto wax paper which has been slightly salted.
