  • 4 c. sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter

Step 1

Toss peaches, 1/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish or 9" deep-dish pieplate, and set aside. Combine flour and remaining sugar; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
