Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. bacon, cooked, crumbled, divided
  • 1/2 c. fresh Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. In a greased baking dish, combine onion mixture, spinach, salt and pepper, sour cream, artichoke hearts and hot pepper sauce. Reserve 2 Tb. bacon, stir in remaining bacon. Sprinkle parmesan over top and garnish with bacon.
