Parmesan Spinach and Artichokes

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. bacon, cooked, crumbled, divided
- 1/2 c. fresh Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. In a greased baking dish, combine onion mixture, spinach, salt and pepper, sour cream, artichoke hearts and hot pepper sauce. Reserve 2 Tb. bacon, stir in remaining bacon. Sprinkle parmesan over top and garnish with bacon.
