  • 1 lb. scrod fillets, or any non-oily fish
  • 2 Tb. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tb. minced onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. sherry extract
  • 1 oz. grated Parmesan

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fish in a shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients, except Parmesan. Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
