Ingredients
- 1 lb. scrod fillets, or any non-oily fish
- 2 Tb. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tb. minced onion flakes
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. sherry extract
- 1 oz. grated Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fish in a shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients, except Parmesan. Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
