Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped spinach
- 8 tablespoons(1 stick) butter,melted
- 1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 deep dish pie shell
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- dash nutmeg
- 1 jar mushrooms,optional

Preparation
Step 1
-Defrost spinach in box
-Squeeze out as much water as possible
-Saute spinach (mushrooms) in butter for 10 min
-In a bowl mix heavy cream,swiss cheese,eggs and salt
-Add spinach to bowl and mix well
-Pour into pie shell
-Put pie crust on cookie sheet in case of leakage
-Bake at 350 for 35 min
-Let stand 10 min before cutting
