Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 16 oz ziti or penne pasta

Step 1
Brown meat in large skillet. Drain, if necessary. Stir in all ingredients except pasta. Simmer on low until ready to use.
In a large stockpot, prepare pasta al dente. Drain. Return pasta to stockpot. Stir in meat sauce.
