Ingredients
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 small Napa cabbage (about 1 pound), quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 red apple, cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, honey and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cabbage and apples and toss; let sit for at least 5 minutes, tossing occasionally. Fold in the chopped cilantro.
