Ingredients
- Pkg. fresh spinach
- 1 c heavy cream
- 4 tsp chicken bouillion granules
- 1/2 c onion (chopped fine)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 c butter
- 3 c half & half
- salt & pepper
- cooked chicken (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion & garlic in butter
add cream & half & half; bring to boil
add bouillion granules & stir
add spinach & simmer until wilted
(add chicken at this time if desired)
