Ingredients

• 8-12 8-12 to various colored plastic table clothes Longest you can find (choose colors according to the atmosphere you want.
• 8 8 to various colored balloons (according to atmosphere you wish.
• 1 1 1 , possibly two, boxes of thumbtacks (can try tape, but I would not depend upon it.
• thin thin ribbon (to tie the balloons together and decorate)
