- 1 cup skim or 1% milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Farina
- toppings (fruit, nuts, brown sugar, etc), optional

Step 1
Heat salted milk to boiling. Add Farina slowly, stirring constantly. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Serve with toppings, if desired.
