Ingredients
- 1/2 6–ounce container blackberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cups gin
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Club soda
- 4 sprigs Thai basil, preferably with flower still intact

Preparation
Step 1
Puree blackberries and sugar in a blender. Let stand 10 minutes for sugar to dissolve. Strain puree through a fine mesh sieve into pitcher...will make about 3/4 cup. Add gin and lime and stir well. Pour over ice and garnish with basil leaf.
