Ube Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 4-oz pkg dried ube powder
• 1 tsp pandan extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan. Gently stir over medium-low heat to dissolve sugar and ube powder.
2. Chill mixture.
3. Process chilled mixture in ice cream maker.

NOTE: Mixture was too grainy. Need to make with frozen ube next time.
