  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim m Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Berries and rolled oats:
  • 2 cups different frozen berries (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries)
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
