  • 36 Hot Peppers (yellow banana)
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 6 Cups sugar
  • 1 Quart cider vinegar
  • l Quart yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 Cups flour placed in 1 quart jar/fill with water 3/4 from top/shake well to mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tops from peppers and place in food processor. Process on chop seeds and all. Combine chopped peppers, salt, sugar, vinegar and mustard in large pot and bring to boil over medium heat. Do not add flour to mixture until it boils. Stir until thickens and boils again. Fill heated jars and place in oven on racks at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn oven off and leave jars in oven until they are cool (overnight).
