- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch sugar
- 1 c. chicken or beef broth

Step 1
cut the broccoli into florets; peel the stalks and cut them into thin strips. Peel, seed, and core bell peppers and cut into strips. Mince garlic. Heat oil over high heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Add salt, sugar, and broth. Cook, stirring, until until nearly all the liquid evaporates, about 4 or 5 minutes more.
