Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- dash of dried basil
- dash of dried oregano
- dash of salt
- nonstick vegetable cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 ounces bowtie or rotini pasta, cooked

Step 1
In a small bowl, blend together sour cream, basil, oregano and salt. Set aside.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray, add chicken and saute for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked. Add chicken to sour cream mixture, and mix well.
Add warm pasta and toss well.
