Ingredients
- Good with couscous and steamed snow peas.
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1 1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 c. canned chicken broth
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium-high heat until hot. While skillet heats, sprinkle both sides of chicken breasts evenly with lemon-pepper seasoning. Add chicken to skillet, and cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and keep warm.
Add broth and vinegar to skillet, cook; stirring constantly 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over chicken.
